So If you remember from Thanksgiving, we used phyllo for the baked brie and I had numerous sheets left over. We also had some leftover apple pie filling so guided by the instructions from the box, I used the leftovers to create an apple pie roll. It was fairly easy to make. Just take the 5 sheets, spread melted butter on all of them, place them on top of each other and put the filling in. Roll it all up and bake it. It tasted pretty good but I couldn’t finish all of it so unfortunately it spoiled before I got the chance to finish it all. Here’s some photos of it.
